Meet Daryl Bravo
A career at P&P Industries is the exciting opportunity you’ve been waiting for – just ask our own Daryl Bravo, a second-shift Quality Auditor.
Daryl started as a temporary employee in March 2019, was hired in September of the same year, and moved to her current position in early 2021. As a Quality Auditor, Daryl supports her team leader with quality issues, trains new team members, and ensures customer expectations are met by checking all aspects of parts before they’re shipped.
We asked her a few questions, and here’s what she had to say!
Q: What do you enjoy most about working at P&P?
A: “Working at P&P gives you an opportunity to meet new people, learn different personalities, and learn new things. I started here not knowing anything about plastic molding, and gradually, I learned through the people I work with and the processes that we follow. That’s what I enjoy about it – that every day we can learn new things, whether about a new part you’re working on or a new person you’re working with.”
Q: What are you excited to learn more about as you advance your career?
A: “Learning new things in general, especially things that are and will be connected to my job. I still learn new things every day, meet new people with different personalities, and learn new things about parts we are making here.”
Q: What advice would you give to someone considering a career with P&P Industries?
A: “Work hard and everything will be worth it. And, of course, don’t forget to enjoy yourself!”
